Custom-made instruments
All Tetro Guitars are hand-built and made-to-order. Because of the custom nature of our instruments, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once the order has been placed and production has begun. -
Stock instruments and accessories
Instruments or products purchased from available stock (not custom orders) may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:-
The item is unused and in its original condition.

The original packaging, certificate, and any included accessories are returned intact.

Shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund (minus shipping and handling fees) will be issued.

Non-returnable items

Custom-made instruments.

Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage.

Special orders, discounted items, or promotional sales.

Damaged or defective products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will review the case and, at our discretion, offer repair, replacement, or refund. -
Shipping responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs, duties, or taxes incurred during the return process. Tetro Guitars is not responsible for loss or damage of items during return shipment. -
Right to refuse
Tetro Guitars reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
