Every TETRO instrument begins long before it ships.

Each guitar is made to order - built specifically for the one it was meant to reach.
From raw materials to final setup, nothing is taken from a shelf.

 

Build Time

Estimated build time is up to 6 months from the moment of purchase.

This is an estimate and may vary depending on workload and build complexity.
We always aim to complete your instrument as soon as possible, but timelines are not guaranteed.

Your order is considered ready only after it has completed every stage - build, setup, inspection, and final packaging.

 

Shipping

Once ready, your instrument is shipped worldwide using DHL Express.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but the service is fast and reliable.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.

We ship to countries that maintain active trade relations with Israel.

Protection During Shipping

Your instrument is valuable - and we treat it that way.

Shipping insurance (declared value coverage) is optional but strongly recommended.
You can add it during checkout to fully protect your instrument during transit.

If insurance is not selected, coverage for loss or damage during shipping cannot be guaranteed.

 

Taxes and Duties

Depending on your country, additional import taxes or duties may apply.

These are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Address Changes

You may update your shipping address at any point before your instrument is ready.

Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.

 

Delivery

After shipment, delivery is handled by DHL.

We remain available for support and will assist in case of any issue, including communication and claims when applicable.
However, shipping times and final delivery are controlled by the carrier.

 

If Something Goes Wrong

If your instrument arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Every case is handled individually - with the goal of resolving it properly.

Electronic components are covered by a 1-year warranty.

 

Returns

Each TETRO guitar is made to order.

Because of that, custom orders are non-refundable.

Returns are only possible if:

• The guitar is a standard model with no modifications

• It remains unused and in original packaging

• No marks, damage, or signs of use

• Request is made within 14 days of delivery

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Local Pickup

Pickup is available from our showroom in Ashdod, Israel - free of charge.
