1. Use of Website

This website is provided for informational purposes only. At present, purchases cannot be completed through the website. Visitors may browse available instruments and contact us directly for inquiries or orders.

2. Orders and Purchases

  • All purchases are currently conducted directly with us via phone, email, or other agreed communication channels.

  • We may offer both stock instruments and custom-built instruments.

  • Orders are confirmed only after direct acceptance from Tetro Guitars.

3. Shipping and Customs

  • We ship worldwide.

  • Shipping costs, import duties, and customs fees may apply depending on the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Tetro Guitars is not responsible for delays or additional fees caused by customs authorities or shipping carriers.

4. Warranty

  • Each instrument includes a one-year limited warranty covering electronics only (pickups, wiring, switches, and related components).

  • The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by environmental conditions.

  • For defects in craftsmanship or materials (other than electronics), claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, artwork, logos, product descriptions, and the Tetro Universe story, is the intellectual property of Tetro Guitars and protected by copyright law.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this website:

  • For any unlawful purpose.

  • To infringe upon the rights of others.

  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the instrument in question.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ashdod, Israel.
